THE ROYAL GORGE REGION BIGHORN RECREATION AND CONSERVATION ROUNDTABLE DIRECTOR POSITION

LETTER OF INTEREST

The Royal Gorge Regional Bighorn Recreation and Conservation Roundtable, a collaboration of local, state, and federal government agencies and various recreation and conservation user groups formed to improve the resources in our community and region.  The roundtable will prioritize projects to increase our chances to receive grant funding from multiple agencies, including Great Outdoors Colorado and Colorado Parks and Wildlife.  The day-to-day operation of this collaborative is funded through grant resources and local government agencies. 

Currently we are seeking applicants to fill the Director position.  This is a part-time position with limited hours as the collaborative only meets every other month at best.  The director will formulate the meeting agenda, lead discussions, follow an approved budget, email participants, and talk with other collaboratives and granting agencies.  The rate of pay will range between $30 and $45 per hour based on experience.  The hours are capped at 100 per year.
