The Canon City Council will discuss the ordinance to define the proposed Excise Tax during their General Government Meeting. at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers at 128 Main Street, Canon City.  

The revenue from the Excise Tax would be used to provide subsidy for the Canon City Area Recreation and Park District's public pool.  The Recreation District Board of Directors is not scheduled to speak at this meeting, but will be in attendance to answer any potential questions.
