The Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area (AHRA) is hosting a Junior Rangers program in Cañon City this summer.  

Calling all young explorers! Join the AHRA Junior Ranger program and discover the wild wonders of Colorado through hands-on adventures in nature. From tracking animals to learning about plants and earning your badge, it’s a great way for kids to connect with the outdoors and become stewards of our parks! Spots are limited and registration is required.  You may register for as many classes as you like.

Ages: Children 5 - 11

Dates: June 23rd, July 7th, July 21st, August 4th, and August 18th 

Times: 1:30 to 2:30 PM each date

Location: Cañon City Area Recreation and Park District Community Room, 575 Ash Street in Cañon City

Cost: Free (But Registration Required)
