Kyle moved to Cañon City in September of 1996 to work for KRLN/KSTY Radio as their sports director. He also served as the operations manager and program director. After eleven and a half years at the radio station, he decided it was time for a career change and accepted the position of Programs Director at the Recreation District in February of 2008. After serving in that role for a little over ten years he accepted the position of Executive Director in July of 2018. His goal is simple, to continue to offer a wide range of recreational opportunities to the people of Fremont County and to help make the community a better place to work, live and raise a family. If there are things the Recreation District can do to improve our offerings please feel free to contact him.
Kyle married his lovely wife, Dana in June of 2000, and they have one son, Casey.
